If you already own a van and would like to have it transformed into a beautiful, practical camper, we offer full custom conversions for VW Transporters, Ford Customs and similar medium sized vans. We specialise in U Lounge and similar layouts, gas-free cooking, adventure-ready designs that are built for Irish travel, weekend escapes and long-distance touring.

Every conversion is completed in our workshop in East Galway, using high quality materials, modern electrical systems and professionally upholstered seating. We’ve developed five signature Trekvana furniture layouts to suit different travel styles.

Trekvana Furniture Range

1. Trekvana Horizon – U-Lounge

Our classic wraparound lounge that converts into a generous bed. Perfect for solo adventurers, couples and families who want maximum seating space and a warm, open interior. Available in all colour options. Black Buffalo board available for T5/T6 only.

*This design includes a cupboard for your portapotti toilet.

2. Trekvana Wayfarer

A slim, practical pod system designed to maximise floor space while adding essential storage. Ideal for solo travellers or minimalist builds.Available in all standard finishes. Buffalo board available for T5/T6 only.

3. Trekvana Adventurer

A flexible sliding-bed system combined with a matching cabinet bundle. Fast to set up, sturdy and ideal for active van owners who need open space during the day and a proper bed at night.Available in all standard finishes. Buffalo board available for T5/T6 only.

4. Trekvana Trailblazer – L-Shape

A comfortable L-shaped lounge that offers excellent seating, storage and a large bed space. Works beautifully in VW Transporters. Only available for the VW T5/6 in buffalo board. This designs allows for storage of bikes, dog crates and surfboards etc inside the van. Tie-downs can be left in for securing points if necessary.

5. Trekvana Voyager

Our most premium layout, combining a sliding bed, full-height wardrobe, overhead locker and matching cabinetry. An ideal option for long-term touring or anyone wanting the most storage and comfort in a small van. Available in all colour options.

What is Buffalo Board?

Buffalo board is a heavy duty, textured board with excellent strength, moisture resistance and durability. Because it is engineered for commercial use and requires precise CNC cutting, it is more expensive than standard finishes. However, it is the ideal choice for customers who want a very tough, long-lasting interior that can handle daily use, sports gear, pets and outdoor equipment.
