Understanding Our 3‑Month Warranty & Customer Support

Buying a campervan is a big decision, and it’s only natural to want reassurance once you drive away. At Trekvana, we believe good support doesn’t stop when the keys are handed over. That’s why every camper we sell comes with a 3-month warranty, along with clear, approachable customer support.

This post explains what our warranty covers, how it works across different electrical setups, and how we support you during those first months of travelling and sleeping in your camper.

Why We Offer a Warranty

The first few months of owning a camper are when you really get to know it. You start using the systems properly, heading out on different types of trips, and building confidence in how everything works together.

Our 3-month warranty is there to give peace of mind during that settling-in period. It reflects the confidence we have in our builds and ensures that if something related to the conversion isn’t behaving as it should, you’re supported.

Electrical Systems and Power Options

Our campervans are built with different power solutions depending on the model and customer needs.

Some campers use a fixed electrical system, while others are built around portable power stations. Regardless of which setup your camper has, our warranty applies to the installed camper conversion and associated systems, rather than one specific brand or product.

We clearly explain how your particular system works at handover, so you know exactly what’s installed and how to use it with confidence.

What the 3-Month Warranty Covers

The warranty covers the camper conversion components and systems fitted by us, including electrical and water-related elements that are part of the build.

This typically includes:

  • power management and charging systems supplied as part of the conversion

  • leisure power components and connections

  • water pumps and taps fitted during the build

  • refrigeration and control panels where installed

  • cables, lugs, and associated fittings

The exact setup varies between vans, and we make sure this is clearly explained for your specific camper.

What This Means in Practice

If a covered component develops a fault related to the conversion during the warranty period, we’ll assess it and arrange repair or replacement where appropriate.

We keep the process straightforward and transparent. No jargon, no grey areas, and no unnecessary back-and-forth.

Ongoing Support and Honest Conversations

Support doesn’t stop when the warranty period ends.

We’re always happy to answer questions, explain how systems work, or talk through something that doesn’t feel quite right. This is especially important for first-time camper owners who are still building confidence.

As a female-led business, we pride ourselves on being easy to talk to. We have open, practical conversations about electrics, water systems, comfort, safety, and confidence while travelling and sleeping in a camper.

Helping You Travel With Confidence

A big part of customer support is education.

We take time to show you how your camper works, what’s normal, and what’s worth keeping an eye on. That knowledge helps you relax and enjoy your trips rather than worrying about systems in the background.

There are no silly questions – especially when you’re learning something new.
